History

Bantex was established in Denmark since 1961. It is well-known for its high quality office products manufactured. Its supplies to the market are not only of high quality but also at affordable prices. These high quality products include ring binders, lever arch files, pockets, folders, dividers, indices and a wide variety of other filing products.

Bantex is also known as the first company in the world to introduce and manufacture environment friendly lever arch files in 1988. Ever since then, it has made conscientious efforts in striving to be a leading supplier of environment friendly products.

In year 2000, Bantex was incorporated to be part of the international corporation - Hamelin. Hamelin is a leading European manufacturer of paper products, office, school and home products, envelopes and lighting with 30 manufacturing sites located all over Europe. Besides Bantex, other familiar brands in Hamelin includes Elba, Linex, Oxford and Unilux are the leading brands recognized across Europe and many countries.

Bantex Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1989 when the machineries and equipment were relocated from its factory in Singapore to Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia. Through our continuous effort in improving and upgrading over the years, Bantex has expanded from a single building production-based factory to a stable and well-developed marketing and customer service-oriented company.

Being one of the leading PVC, PP and Paper file, binder and folder manufacturer and exporter in Malaysia, we have joined our other 30 international companies in extending our sales and services to nearly 80 countries on six continents under our international company - Hamelin.
